The CEO of Pure Aviation, LLC, Nikolas Konstant has more than 25 years of experience as an investor, merchant financier, and public and private company advisor. He is particularly experienced in areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and capital formation projects. Throughout his career as a merchant financier, Nikolas Konstant has effectively provided debt and equity financing to numerous companies, while also executing business leadership responsibilities in both the public and private sectors.
During his time as the co-manager of NCVC’s $100 million derivatives hedge fund, Nikolas Konstant also served as the sole managing director of NCVC, LLC, a venture capital fund valued at $230 million. He achieved many milestones while leading operations at NCVC, including providing equity to Nutrition for Life, Wolfgang Puck Food Company, On Stage Entertainment, and a range of other publicly traded businesses.
Mr. Konstant has established and led many businesses, including Nano Universe, PLC, and Electric City Corporation. He served as the key principal during the Attakai-Advanced Cell Technology merger, a transaction valued at $375 million. He has balanced these and other business activities with board positions at Nightingale Conant and the Brentwood School, in addition to a position on the International Advisory Committee.
